Wednesday, March 27

8:30 a.m.    Check-in at Donelson Heights United Methodist Church

9:00 a.m.    Welcome and Opening Worship

9:15 a.m.    Plenary #1 with Nancy Bradley and David Olson

Developing the Strategic Plan “For Just Such a Time as This”

The 2019 Gathering Facilitators, Nancy Bradley and David Olson, are career educators who bring a combined 88 years of teaching, administration, and leadership in strategic organizational planning and implementation.

Traveling extensively across the country, independently and together, they have provided facilitation for organizational development in academia, non-profit organizations, and their own churches.  (Nancy and David are life-long United Methodists.)  Their creative leadership has helped organization leaders structure, develop and deliver strong, creative processes with strategic plans designed for vitality and long-range success.

Of course, their work always focuses on the learner/participant and the essential teamwork paramount to successful achievement of the goals necessary for new directions and greater success. As a participant, you will experience AND acquire a hands-on approach to innovative organizational leadership.

The 2019 Gathering is pleased to bring you Nancy and David in Nashville. Come and hone your skills and learn how to lead a successful process to guide your congregation, your district, or your conference as you help build and transition into their most successful future.
