TIIMSA-UMC is the official website and blog of the Transitional/Interim Intentional Ministry Specialists of The United Methodist Church.

We train experienced pastors to enter congregations at a time of transition or stress in their life and begin a structured visioning/healing process.

We resource trained clergy with an Annual Gathering and additional resources.

We build a community to assist and support one another beyond formal training.

We work with official United Methodist processes to certify practitioners of this ministry.
